Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through droneit.se. For consumers (private individuals), Swedish consumer protection legislation applies, including the Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen 2022:260), the Distance Contracts Act (Lag 2005:59 om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler) and the Marketing Act (Marknadsföringslagen 2008:486). These terms cannot offer less protection than what is provided by law.
For business customers (companies, organizations), see the separate section “Terms for business customers (B2B)” below.
Payment and prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT unless otherwise noted. The total price for your order, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes, is displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Prices are current and may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors (e.g. incorrect prices due to technical issues or import errors in the product catalogue). If a price correction affects your order, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel.
We offer the following payment methods:
•Swish (Sweden only)
•Card payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
•Klarna (invoice, direct payment, pay later) via Stripe
Payment terms for Klarna are displayed at checkout under the respective payment option. By choosing Klarna, you agree to Klarna’s terms of use.
Deliveries
Shipping within Sweden
We ship with DHL to your nearest service point. Orders placed on items in stock are usually shipped the same day or the next business day, depending on when the order was placed. Free shipping applies to orders over 1000 SEK within Sweden. For orders below 1000 SEK, shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Shipping within the EU
We ship to EU countries via DHL. Shipping costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. Typical delivery time within the EU is 2-5 business days.
Norway
We currently do not ship to Norway due to the additional customs and VAT administration involved.
Delivery delays
If an item is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail with an estimated delivery time. If a delivery delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel your order in the event of a delivery delay. If delivery is significantly delayed, you may set a reasonable additional deadline for delivery and cancel the order if delivery does not occur within that time. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as supplier or carrier issues, force majeure, etc.), but this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by e-mail once your order has been shipped.
Pickup
We do not offer pickup at our location.
Transfer of risk
For consumers, the risk for the goods passes to you when you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the goods. This means we are responsible for the goods during transport to you. If you arrange your own carrier (not one offered by us), the risk passes when we hand the goods over to that carrier.
For business customers, see the B2B section below.
Right of withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
Under the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without stating a reason. The withdrawal period begins the day after you receive the goods.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
Contact us at info@droneit.se within 14 days of receiving your order and state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You may also use the standard withdrawal form (ångerblankett) provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket).
Condition of the goods
The product must be returned in essentially unchanged condition. You may open and examine the goods to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and function, in the same way you would in a physical store. If you have handled the goods beyond what is necessary for this purpose, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Return shipping costs
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. The approximate cost for a return shipment within Sweden is 60-120 SEK depending on size and weight. We recommend returning the goods as a trackable shipment and keeping proof of postage. Returns must not be sent cash on delivery.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases under the Distance Contracts Act, including (but not limited to) goods that have been manufactured or significantly modified according to your specifications, sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken, and goods that by their nature are inseparable from other items after delivery.
How to return
Contact us at info@droneit.se for return instructions and the return address. You may send your withdrawal notice within 14 days even if you return the goods later. You must send the goods back within 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the package and its contents until it reaches us.
Refund
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full amount you have paid, including the original standard shipping cost, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than the standard delivery we offer, we will only refund the cost equivalent to the standard delivery option. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Returns and exchanges
Defective products
If you have received a defective product, please contact us at info@droneit.se. For defective products, we cover the return shipping costs and will either replace the item or issue a full refund including all shipping costs.
Wrong item shipped
If we have shipped the wrong item, contact us at info@droneit.se. We will arrange for a return and send the correct item at no extra cost to you.
Non-defective returns
For returns that are not due to defects or errors on our part, return shipping is at your own expense. In case of exchanges, we pay for the new shipment to you.
Uncollected packages
If you do not collect your order from the delivery point within the designated time period and the package is returned to us, the purchase will be considered cancelled. In such cases:
• You will be refunded the product value.
• The actual shipping costs we have incurred (outbound and return freight) will be deducted from the refund. The deduction corresponds to our actual costs and is not an administrative fee.
• If the original order included free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost will still be deducted, as free shipping is conditional on a completed delivery.
• If you wish to have the order re-shipped, a new shipping fee will apply.
We strongly recommend that you collect your package on time. If you are unable to collect it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help find a solution. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us at info@droneit.se before the package is returned, so we can handle it as a standard withdrawal.
Complaints and warranty (Reklamation)
Under Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen), you have the right to file a complaint (reklamera) if there is a fault with a product you have purchased.
Complaint period
You have the right to file a complaint for up to 3 years after receiving the product. During the first 2 years, the fault is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless we can prove otherwise. A complaint made within 2 months of discovering a fault is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
How to file a complaint
Contact us at info@droneit.se with a description of the fault and, if possible, include photos. You do not need the original packaging to file a complaint. For many products, we recommend also contacting the manufacturer directly, as they are specialists on their products and can often help resolve issues quickly. If the manufacturer cannot resolve the issue, we will handle it from our end.
Remedies
If a product is found to be faulty, you are entitled to have the fault remedied through repair or replacement. If that is not possible or would be disproportionate, you may be entitled to a price reduction or to cancel the purchase. You shall not incur any costs related to a valid complaint, including return shipping.
Dispute resolution
If we cannot resolve a dispute, you can file a complaint with the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, ARN). ARN reviews disputes between consumers and businesses free of charge.

Terms for business customers (B2B)
The following terms apply when the buyer is a company, organization or other legal entity acting in the course of its business. By placing an order with a company name and organization number, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a business, and the terms in this section apply instead of the consumer terms above.
Applicable law
Purchases by business customers are governed by the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (Köplagen 1990:931), which is non-mandatory (dispositiv). The terms below take precedence over the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act where applicable.
No right of withdrawal
Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal (ångerrätt). All orders are binding once confirmed. We may, at our sole discretion, accept returns from business customers on a case-by-case basis.
Prices and VAT
Prices for business customers are the same as listed on the website and include Swedish VAT (25%). If you are a VAT-registered business within the EU (outside Sweden) and provide a valid VAT number at the time of purchase, your order may be exempt from Swedish VAT in accordance with applicable EU reverse charge rules. The VAT number must be validated before the exemption is applied. If the provided VAT number is invalid or cannot be verified, Swedish VAT will be charged.
Payment
The same payment methods are available as for consumer orders. For recurring business customers, invoice payment with 30-day terms may be available upon request and credit approval. Contact us at info@droneit.se.
Transfer of risk
For business customers, the risk passes when the goods are handed over to the carrier.
Complaints and warranty
Business customers must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us of any defects within a reasonable time, but no later than 14 days after discovering the fault. The complaint period for business customers is 2 years from delivery. After 6 months from delivery, the buyer bears the burden of proof that the defect existed at the time of delivery.
Uncollected packages
If a business order is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the full shipping cost (outbound and return) from any refund. The order is considered cancelled and a new order must be placed if the goods are still wanted. Re-shipping will be charged at the applicable shipping rate.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, loss of profit or production downtime resulting from delayed or faulty deliveries. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
Force majeure
We accept no liability for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier issues, carrier failures, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, pandemics or other force majeure events.

Post-purchase service communications
We may send you a service request asking for a product review after your purchase. These are sent based on our legitimate interest in collecting customer feedback (GDPR Article 6.1f). You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the e-mail or by contacting us at info@droneit.se.

•Request access to the personal data we hold about you
